As a leading supplier, the equipment and customised solutions are well established on the market. In this newly created position, the focus is on building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and driving growth forward. The manufacturing sites of the division are located in the western part of Germany and Spain, the group's head office is located in Switzerland, Due to international travels, you will be able to work from your current location in Europe.Your main tasks
- Development of and responsibility for the successful implementation of the global sales strategy
- Identification of new markets and business development strategies in cosmetic and personal care industry
- Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships and partnerships combined with regular travels to your customers in Europe
- Observing and analysing current market trends
- Preparing offers, conducting sales negotiations and finalising international sales contracts
- Expanding the international presence and positioning of the systems
- Developing feasibility studies, competitive analyses and business cases
- Participation in international trade fairs, management and implementation of marketing activities, lead trainings
- Close cooperation with your colleagues from product development, engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales from other business areas of the group
Your profile
- Sound education and successful track record in international sales
- Enjoy selling innovative industrial systems
- Good negotiating skills and adapt at dealing with different cultures in an international environment
- Good communication skills in English, if you speak another language such as German or French, this is an advantage
- Results-oriented personality with a proactive approach
- Experience in developing new market segments
- You enjoy regular international travel
- Well-positioned, international group of companies with a global market orientation
