- Technical and personnel management of development and quality control with several employees
- Management of development and innovation projects, including feasibility studies and formulation development
- Accompanying sample productions in the test laboratory in close cooperation with the team
- Release of raw materials, packaging materials and intermediate and end products
- Prioritization of projects and routine tasks for efficient use of resources
- Coordination and monitoring of deviations, change control and OOS cases
- Optimization of workflows, processes and structures, including the creation of SOPs and test specifications as well as employee training
- Responsibility for stability tests and continuous quality control
Your profile
- Pharmaceutical training or degree in pharmaceutical technology
- Sound experience in the development of pharmaceutical products / galenics
- At least 3 years of management experience in a comparable environment

Experience in project management and coordination of development and innovation projects
Good communication skills, assertiveness and decisiveness - Initial experience in quality control in a GMP environment is desirable.
- Structured and analytical way of working, ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Proactive, pragmatic and independent way of working
- Ability to motivate, guide and continuously develop employees
