• Acting as the local resource for all technical questions of distributors and end users all over Spain
• Installation, commissioning and qualified initial training on our equipment and software
• Support, maintenance, training and repairs at customer sites and in partner repair centres
• Service and support training for distributors and partners
• Technical sales support for the field sales force, both virtually and on site, at trade fairs and events
• Consulting individual customers in close coordination with Area Sales Management
• Member of our global second-level support team for our customers and partners

• Successful completion of vocational training as a dental technician or, alternatively, in the field of mechanics/electronics (m/f/d)
• Initial professional experience in digital dental technology or in mechanical engineering
• Very good Spanish skills (Spanish - C1/2 level) and English skills (at least B2 level)
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
• Reliability, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Independent, precise and careful working style
• Class B driving license required
