Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join the Analytics & Testing team, focusing on medical devices and drug combination products. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring that syringes, pens, and autoinjectors meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and quality. This position involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaboration with a team of experts in a laboratory setting.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional testing of medical devices and drug combination products, including vials, syringes, pens, and autoinjectors.
• Measure key parameters such as forces, dose accuracy, injection times, leakage rates, and device dimensions.
• Plan, execute, and document tests for product characterization, design verification, method development, and validation.
• Participate in root cause investigations and prepare detailed test reports.
• Support or lead the qualification and maintenance of analytical equipment, including preparation of qualification documents.
• Review lab-related SOPs, test methods, method validation and transfer documents, and test protocols.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong interest in drug delivery devices and their multidisciplinary aspects.
• Team-oriented mindset with an open and collaborative approach.
• Flexible, pragmatic, and goal-oriented working style with a scientific mindset.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
