Aufgabengebiet

• Administer and maintain biometry systems (SAS Server/PC, Posit R Studio, CDISC tools, QlikSense, GitLab)
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot system issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, integrations, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal SOPs
• Support audits, documentation, and validation testing (IQ/OQ)
• Participate in projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration
• Train end-users and maintain training materials and guides
• Liaise with corporate IT, Innovation, and Clinical Business leads
• Track biometry licenses, vendor engagements, and system compliance

Anforderungsprofil

• 5 years' experience with biometry systems in pharma or biotech
• Proficient in R, SAS, debugging, and validation
• Experience with Posit R Studio, SAS Server & PC, LSAF, EntimICE
• Knowledge of Unix/Python scripting, robocopy, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau)
• Understanding of CDISC standards (ADaM, SDTM), CSV, clinical data workflows, and clinical studies
• Exposure to AI technologies (predictive, generative, agentic - nice to have)
• Experienced in GCP & FDA 21 CFR Part 11 environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus
• Right to work in Switzerland
