As a Sales and Application Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in Turkiye by providing technical expertise, training, and application support for cutting-edge molecular diagnostic technologies. Working closely with both our sales and application teams, you will ensure customer success, drive adoption of QIAGEN solutions, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities:

- Direct interaction with customers: on-site installation, training, application support and troubleshooting

- Support workflows including Real-Time PCR, Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), and Bioinformatics

- Meet and exceed sales targets by supporting the sales team in a defined territory

- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and references

- Promote QIAGEN solutions through seminars, exhibitions, and workshops

- Strategically collaborate with customers in research projects

- Ensure effective use of CRM systems to improve customer engagement and sales efficiency

Position Requirements

- BS degree of Biology, Molecular Biology or similar (preferably MSc or PhD).

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on wet laboratory experience in genetics and molecular biology applications, including molecular diagnostic instruments (qPCR, dPCR, NGS).

- Software expertise with basic knowledge in relevant molecular biology applications.

- Willingness to travel; full driving license. Flexibility to adapt to dynamic schedules and working hours with good time management skills.

- Excellent communication abilities including strong presentation and training skills (seminars, workshops, customer education). Fluent English essential.

- Highly motivated with ability to work both independently and in teams. Experience of taking initiative, problem-solving and analytical thinking.
