Communications Specialist (m/w/d)

Tasks :

• Support delivery of clear, consistent, high-quality external communications

• Assist with executive communications and major external events

• Work closely with External Communications team to create engaging content

• Gain exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution

• Create content for media, website, and social media

• Ensure consistent messaging across channels

• Collaborate with design and digital teams on multimedia content

• Monitor media coverage and support media relations

• Handle sensitive information with discretion

• Support planning and execution of key events (e.g., AGM, investor events)

• Coordinate logistics: venues, vendors, guest lists, on-site support

• Prepare event materials (briefings, presentations, content)

• Assist with post-event reporting and evaluation

Qualification:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• 1-5 years of experience in External Communication

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Solutions-oriented mindset

• Fluency in English and German
