Proclinical is seeking a dynamic individual to manage the Content Insights project, focusing on enhancing content creation and optimizing campaign touchpoints. This role involves supporting initiatives to improve content performance through effective taxonomy, tagging, and visualization in dashboards. You will play a crucial part in expanding these efforts across new channels and countries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery for Content Insights, including expansion into new channels and countries.
• Maintain timelines and milestones for taxonomy, tagging, and dashboard readiness.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and update project documents.
• Facilitate key meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Maintain a project tracker and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders and committees.
• Facilitate above-country insights to enhance content creation.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of project outputs.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure documentation and processes are maintained centrally.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
• Coordinate change requests and finalize training plans.
