Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across all group entities
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
• Prepare management reports & regulatory submissions, perform statutory to USGAAP bridge for all entities
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency
• Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on group reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is a strong advantage
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles
• Proficiency with Excel and ideally OneStream
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
