To strengthen our E-commerce team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Head of Category Management (m/f/d) 100%
Your Tasks
- You define and implement the online assortment and sales strategy, considering different models (wholesale, e-consignment, commission).
- You analyse and translate complex data (sales, margins, stock) into actionable business plans.
- You define the scope and strategy of commercial activities to develop sales and margins.
- You drive assortment planning and lifecycle management, from product onboarding to end-of-life and liquidation.
- You develop and execute initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer journey optimization.
- You coordinate and prioritize all digital campaigns in collaboration with marketing, CRM, SEA/SEO, social media, and other teams.
- You monitor the performance of traffic and conversion levers, ensuring alignment between online merchandising, onsite experience, and business objectives.
- You own budget responsibility for the category management scope, prepare revenue and margin forecasts; monitor results and analyze variances.
your profile
- You have a degree in the field of e-commerce/ digital business/ category management.
- You have experience in P&L ownership, sales & margin optimization and budget planning.
- You have experience in retail or fashion/lifestyle industry as well as change management and process design.
- You have knowledge of loyalty programs and CRM segmentation strategies.
- You have experience in a marketplace or hybrid wholesale/consignment business model.
- You are familiar with UX research methods (A/B testing, user testing, heatmaps).
- You have excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable plans.
- You have excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- You are fluent in German/French and English.
