The Position

Our Integrated Customer Experience & Operations (IXO) group is a strategic lever for transformation, serving as the powerhouse behind Roche's global engagement by uniting digital execution, customer experience, and operational excellence to drive our Holistic Customer Experience (HCX) vision.

We are looking for a visionary leader to join us as the Global Head of Integrated Experience & Operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead and inspire a diverse global organization of over 400 professionals, spearheading Roche’s transformation in digital engagement, commercialization, and customer experience. You will be responsible for orchestrating our end-to-end digital engagement strategy and championing a high-performance, innovation-driven culture. This role goes beyond operations, directly shaping how our teams work by integrating cutting-edge tools and platforms.

The Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire a global organization of over 400 professionals, driving Roche’s transformation in digital engagement.

  • Define and execute an integrated digital experience strategy that enhances customer engagement and supports Roche's go-to-market initiatives.

  • Orchestrate Roche’s end-to-end digital engagement strategy, ensuring seamless integration of AI-enabled customer experiences, system-shaping initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Explicitly serve as a strategic lever for our Holistic Customer Experience (HCX) vision, utilizing data, AI, and digital tools to maximize engagement efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive initiatives that go beyond strategy by integrating AI into everyday marketer workflows with tools like Firefly and GenAI Studio, transforming how our people work.

  • Lead initiatives that integrate HCX goals, including driving system-shaping efforts to extend Roche’s reach in lower- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

  • Foster a data-informed culture that continuously adapts to customer needs and industry trends, ensuring Roche’s digital engagement is responsive, relevant, and impactful.

Who You Are

  • A strategic leader with over 15 years of progressive experience in digital engagement, AI integration, and customer experience within a complex, matrixed organization.

  • An inspiring leader with an enterprise mindset, capable of translating business priorities into a compelling digital strategy.

  • A proven expert in building platforms that succeed in both the complex US market Experience in building platforms that succeed in both US (payer to patient) and global markets (scalable and adaptable locally).

  • An AI advocate skilled in applying emerging digital tools to transform customer engagement and drive efficiency at scale, including a focus on the everyday adoption of AI in workflows.

  • A strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive collaboration and influence across global teams.
