Position Summary

As an intern in our Facility & Security department, you will support the development and drafting of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP). You will work closely with our teams to identify critical activities, assess operational risks, and structure an effective continuity strategy.

Your Role

• Support in identifying critical activities and assessing major risks that could impact maintenance operations (e.g., equipment failure, power outage, fire).
• Suggesting backup and recovery solutions to maintain operations during incidents.
• Assisting in writing and organizing the BCP, including procedures, emergency contacts, and quick action sheets.
• Helping prepare and run a simulation exercise to test the team’s response and validate the plan.
• Coordinate with the external consulting firm and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely progress

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment), Risk Management, or HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Interest in operational risk management and process improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of risk assessment tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French and any other languages are a Plus
