Tasks

🌟 With a true entrepreneurial mindset, you will:

• Take full ownership of your business unit’s success and profitability.
• Drive new business by building strong, long-term client relationships with top-tier industrials in the Life Science sector.
• Define engineering projects and services we can offer to our industrial partners
• Recruit and lead a high-performing team of engineering consultants.

🎯 You’ll oversee three core areas of responsibility:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the Life Science sector (includes cold-calling).
• Define and execute sales strategies.
• Lead business meetings with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and candidates.

2. Talent Acquisition:

• Define recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

3. Team Leadership:

• Build and manage your own team of consultants.
• Support career development
• Ensure consultants and clients satisfaction.

Requirements

🧠 What You Bring:

You don’t need years of experience—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed. What matters most is your mindset and motivation.

• Fluent in German and English (C1 minimum)
• Conversational level in French (B1+ minimum)
• Engineering degree or MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration.
• You have between 0-3 years'experience.
• Strong interest in Sales, Entrepreneurship and Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
