As Legal Trainee in the Corporate and Finance Legal Department in Switzerland, you will work, support in and get insights in various legal areas supporting Sandoz in Switzerland and globally, including but not limited to employment, competition, corporate, corporate finance, sanctions and life-science law.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international work environment. The role is integrated in a team of experienced legal professionals, and will expose you to real-world legal challenges.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
Draft and advise on various legal documents
Conduct legal research on Swiss, EU, and international regulations
Advise on legal matters
Support compliance initiatives
Participate in internal meetings
Monitor regulatory updates and assist in impact assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Graduated from a Swiss law school (Mlaw)
Fluency in English to coordinate all processes included in the job description, German is beneficial
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills,
Capable of doing legal research for the solution of legal problems,
Willing to go the extra mile,
Learning agility.
