HRBP (m/f/d)
Tasks :
The TA & TOD Manager & HRBP CHI will be responsible for the Service – and Vendor Mgt of Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as Talent and Organisational Development (TOD)
The role will also provide HR Business Partnering for defined Business areas.
The individual will collaborate closely with the CHI HLRT as well as with senior Business Leaders.
Responsible for Recruitment Service Management
Responsible for Vendor Mgt linked to Talent and Organizational Development
Providing HRBP support for defined Business areas
Supporting Head HR Strategic Projects with Project Management activities and Project Portfolio Mgt.

Qualification
You bring a broad spectrum of knowledge to this position from your prior work in leadership roles
You have exceptionally strong business acumen, the ability to develop trusting and authentic relationship
You are able to translate business requirements into HRIS.
The preferred candidate will have previous experience gained in a fast growing multinational company
High planning and project management and execution capability
Able to oversee, plan and execute parallel concurrent activities to serve organization wide plans
Strong at analysis (including MS Excel), reporting, presenting and facilitating
Strong customer service and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information
Innovative and forward looking analytical mindset
Strong work ethic, resilience, time management skills and a positive attitude
