The Position
The department Operations Support & Compliance (OSC) is in charge of supporting all GMP and non-GMP relevant activities and enabling the development of synthetic molecule pharmaceuticals by providing high-quality support to our partners. Within OSC, the Laboratory Support and Compliance section provides key support activities for the analytical laboratories and many internal and external partners who contribute to the development of Synthetic Molecules.
T he Opportunity
Set up GMP and non-GMP analytical Masterdata in SingleLIMS and ASPIRE (SAP), e.g. Product Specifications, Sample Plan, Material No, Analysis.
Establish connections between existing and future systems and interfaces.
Collaborate with PTD Teams and establish new workflows and processes, compliant with the new systems and business needs.
As SOPs-Author, elaborate new documents and keep existing documents and working procedures updated.
Provide User Training and Support on ASPIRE and SingleLIMS within the PTD Organisation .
Troubleshooting & System adaptation management.
Collaborate with Global functions and other departments as needed, ensure regular communication and networking with other Sites, enabling continuous improvement and harmonization, and ensure the deputization of colleagues working on Masterdata , SingleLIMS , and ASPIRE.
Who You are
You have graduated in a scientific field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or equivalent skills gained through work experience.
In addition, you have a strong affinity and interest in Systems, Databases and GMP Compliance, combined with a high understanding of business needs and customer orientation.
You are autonomous, very reliable, pay close attention to details, and you are an excellent team player.
You have digital skills, high affinity for databases, and previous experience in LABwareSingleLIMS or SAP ASPIRE are a strong plus.
You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong GMP understanding, you work accurately and pay close attention to details.
You are flexible, can prioritize, and deliver reliably under pressure.
You are autonomous, a continuous learner, and fluent in German and English
You have a high ability for relationship-building, collaborate as a ONE-Team, build your network at the local and Global levels, and possess Coordination and Change management skills.
