Einleitung
For a pharma-client we are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative in Basel with a 60% workload.
Aufgaben
- Greet and assist visitors and staff by issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs and preparing materials for new staff
- Clerical tasks and managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Organize parking facilities and distribute travel documents as required
- Word processing, filing and assisting in meeting room or seminar preparations incl. organize catering facilities
- Manage telephony, ensuring calls are routed efficiently and inquiries are handled professionally
- Assist in the implementation of the company's Security & Safety Concept and participate in relevant training
- Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies (e.g., stationery), assist with procurement and storage, and handle distribution to staff
- Attend the reception Team Meeting weekly (Basel/Zürich team)
Qualifikation
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present a professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Competence in using standard office equipment and software, including MS Office
- Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations, such as when dealing with dissatisfied customers
- English and German fluent
