Tasks

You will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, validation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, ensuring seamless alignment between Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer 3 operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Device Racking & Deployment

• Execute rack installations using Rack Elevation Diagrams (REDs)
• Install high-density devices (Cisco Nexus 9K, Catalyst 9500, etc.)
• Manage power redundancy (A+B feeds) and perform validation checks

Structured Cabling & Fiber Management

• Handle SMF & MMF fiber with precision
• Install and troubleshoot SFP/SFP+/QSFP+/QSFP28 transceivers
• Perform high-density patching & labeling (ANSI/TIA-606-B standards)

Patch Panels & Cross-Connects

• Coordinate circuit extensions with Telco providers
• Manage copper & fiber patch panels (RJ45, LC/SC/MPO)
• Perform light testing and path validation

Remote Access & Console Management

• Configure Out-of-Band (OOB) solutions (Opengear, Lantronix, Cisco ISR)
• Troubleshoot serial connectivity & console access issues
• Provide onsite troubleshooting during critical outages

Routing & Switching (L1/L2/L3)

• Troubleshoot VLANs, STP, VTP, and Layer 3 interfaces
• Verify BGP & OSPF neighbor adjacencies
• Configure and troubleshoot EtherChannel (LACP)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–8 years of experience in Data Centers or Enterprise Networks
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, F5
• Solid understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, and high-speed links (10/40/100G)
• Experience with network tools (VFL, Light Meters, Fiber Scopes)
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Arista EOS, PAN-OS

Certifications:

• CCNA (Mandatory)
• CCNP Enterprise (Preferred)

Bonus Points:

• Experience handling mission-critical network incidents
• Ability to communicate in English + local languages (EU/APAC regions)
