Proclinical is seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager to support the growth of the biologics portfolio in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will lead the execution of innovative marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for advanced drug substance and drug product solutions. Working closely with global teams, you will create impactful content, design targeted campaigns, and develop tools to empower the sales organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive marketer who thrives on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Execute go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to maximize growth of the integrated biologics late-stage solution portfolio.
• Design and implement targeted omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage specific customer segments, raise awareness, generate demand, and nurture communities.
• Develop compelling marketing materials and narratives using data-driven insights and engaging storytelling.
• Oversee content development for marketing initiatives, including website updates and event planning.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution and leverage expertise from other marketing functions.
• Create and maintain sales collateral, including customer presentations.
• Coordinate the development of sales training tools to support the sales team.
• Contribute to areas such as value proposition development, segmentation, or offering development based on expertise.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong writing and content development skills with attention to detail.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Master's degree in marketing or Life Sciences.
• Experience in marketing within a highly regulated industry, ideally with exposure to CDMO environments.
