We are looking for a dedicated office worker in the field of invoicing (m/f/d)!
Your tasks:
- Processing of rental orders and invoice preparation
- Entry and maintenance of customer and order data in the merchandise management system
- Creation, checking and dispatch of invoices
- General filing and office work
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector
- Commercial and technical understanding
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Flexible and independent way of working
- Confident handling of the usual MS Office programmes
