Prototype Sewist (m/f/d) - Part Time

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and product developers to understand project requirements and design specifications, finding solutions that meet the design criteria
• Manufacture Soft-Goods prototypes for our strollers, car seats, and accessoires while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Work closely with designers engineers to create final prototypes and prepare samples for meetings and shows
• Experience in various industrial sewing machines with proficiency
• Ensure careful and precise craftsmanship in prototype manufacturing, including detailed work as needed
• Provide constructive feedback to optimize construction and material selection
• Adhere to quality standards and design guideline

Profile of Qualification:

• Successfully ompleted training as a seamstress, sewist or a similar role, preferably in prototype development, sample sewing or alteration tailoring
• Proficient in handling industrial sewing machines and knowledgeable in fabric cutting techniques
• Ability to accurately interpret design sketches and visualizations
• General craftsmanship skills as a valuable addition
• Strong attention to detail and precision in execution
• Team-oriented with good communication skills to provide constructive feedback
• Good knowledge of German and English at a B1 level
