• You analyze, design and continuously improve manufacturing processes with regard to efficiency, quality and throughput time and perform root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement
• You develop and implement sustainable improvement measures in collaboration with production and assembly functions
• You design and optimize material flows and workstations, redesign production and assembly lines and support the integration of new products and processes
• You conduct time studies to determine standard times and create work plans as well as production and assembly documentation
• You determine capacity requirements and support production planning using planning methodologies including resource allocation
• You apply classical Lean methods such as 5S and Value Stream Mapping and support the implementation of continuous improvement processes
• You moderate workshops, participate in shopfloor meetings to resolve issues and track objectives and contribute to establishing a sustainable lean culture throughout the plant
• You implement new manufacturing technologies, lead projects to optimize production and develop standards, training materials and documentation for the BEUMER Production System

• You hold a university degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology) or possess a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering or production optimization, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment
• You bring additional qualifications, including knowledge in Lean Management and workplace design, MS Office proficiency and experience with ERP systems like SAP PP/EWM
• You possess in-depth knowledge of production technologies and process flows in an industrial environment
• You are proficient in Lean Manufacturing and have strong methodological skills in process and material flow optimization
• You work analytically and solution-oriented, using KPIs to identify root causes and implement effective improvements, while collaborating effectively across departments with clear communication
• You proactively tackle challenges with a hands-on mentality, take full ownership of tasks and projects, and thrive in dynamic, international team environments
• You communicate fluently in German and English, enabling effective global collaboration
