The Knowledge Management Intern supports the building and maintaining of a robust knowledge management system for Richemont's Finance function. This role assists in knowledge management operations, content curation, and system evolution to ensure valuable information is readily accessible and effectively utilized across the organization.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Assist in driving and supporting knowledge management operations and systems.
- Support the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies and policies.
- Help manage knowledge management tools and ensure the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge assets.
- Assist in identifying, collecting, and organizing relevant knowledge assets.
- Support remediation actions for knowledge gaps.
- Assist in designing and evolving knowledge management systems.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- You are a University student in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Some experience or coursework related to knowledge management is a plus
- Basic understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices
- Understanding of main Finance job activities relevant for document classification
- Familiarity with Knowledge Management Tools and Technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Process Modelling software, ex. Visio)
- Basic understanding of Document and Data Management and Organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; Fluent in French is a plus
- Interest in learning about the luxury industry and Richemont's Group structure
- Willingness to work across different levels of the organization
- Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
- Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.11.2025
