As a Recruiter you will:
- Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates
- Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Negotiate pay and salary rates
- Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed, the value to be billed to clients and business leads generated
- Work closely alongside your team leader/business manager to understand the projects and requirements.
- Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role
Requirements:
- Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and provide the best service for candidates and clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
- Not afraid of the telephone
- Degree qualified (desirable)
- Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Sales and reward motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Outgoing and friendly personality

ersg are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing Operations team. This position will provide you with the opportunity to gain core skills and experience in a customer service department, with training provided. As a fast-growing company, ersg pride ourselves on supporting staff who demonstrate commitment and initiative to develop their careers with us. Responsibilities include:* Logging new queries onto our in-house system'Nostrum'* Take ownership, fully investigate & resolve client sales invoice & contractor queries in a timely manner - this could entail liaising by phone or email with other Support departments and Sales teams within ersg as well as directly with clients, contactors & payroll companies* Have a good understanding of accounting processes in relation to invoicing, credit notes & purchase orders* Processing corrections to sales invoices and pay remittances on the payroll system - Intime (RSM)* Ensure any new client invoicing processes are set up & all key stakeholderss are aware* To build and maintain excellent relationships with other key stakeholders from around the business* Generating weekly & monthly sales invoices as per client instructions* Uploading sales invoices on to the client's own portals* Assisting the Payroll & Operation Support teams on an ad-hoc basis About you:* 1+ years customer services experience* Intime (RSM) experience (Desirable)* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex scenarios* Can demonstrate ability to use initiative to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve* The ability to balance and prioritise duties in a manner that allows all deadlines to be met* Good Outlook & Excel knowledge* Good spoken and written communication skills* Knowledge/understanding of Purchase Orders and invoicing* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment* A flexible and adaptable individual with a can-do attitude* Bullhorn and/or Sage experience (Desirable) About ersgSet up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets. As a 360 Consultant you will:
Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies and sell ersg's services
Visit clients to build and develop positive relationships with them

Working towards exceeding targets relating to the number of candidates placed, the value to be billed to clients and business leads generated

Requirements:
At least 12 months experience in a recruitment or business development role
Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player in recruitment and provide the best service for candidates and clients
Business development experience
Excellent organisational skills
Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
Not afraid of the telephone
Degree qualified (desirable)
Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
