Responsibilities arrow_right
- Support in the creation, editing, and maintenance of checklists and regulatory documentation
- Review of new Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for content changes and relevance
- Maintenance and structuring of regulatory files for top-selling products
- Processing of standard customer inquiries
- Management of the shared mailbox and forwarding of standardized requests
- Structured filing and document management; digitalization of filing processes
Qualifications arrow_right
- Degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field
- Basic understanding of chemical substances and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
