The Service Sales Application Engineer MHS develops retrofit and modification solutions that enhance product efficiency andlongevity. Acting as the link between customers and engineering, the role ensures technical upgrades meet evolving operational needsand create measurable customer value.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main contact for retrofit and modification requests from customers, dealers and service partners
- Translate customer needs into clear technical solutions in close cooperation with design teams
- Develop and prepare retrofit and modification offers, including service kits
- Manage projects from initial inquiry through successful completion
- Build in-depth knowledge of PALFINGER MHS products to create effective solutions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed technical education (e. g. degree in mechanical engineering, maritime technology or related fields)
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Understanding of design and technical documentation (CREO knowledge optional)
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with readiness to travel
