At our Bergheim location we are looking for a motivated part-time Experienced Inside Sales Representive – EMEA (f/m/d) to support our sales team on a part-time basis (max. 28 hours) with a fixed-term contract of two years.

In this role, you will ensure smooth order processing, coordinate closely with international partners, and contribute to excellent customer experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure smooth communication with dealers by providing information on delivery times, prices, and customized equipment orders while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor order intake, changes, and requests while maintaining service quality across product lines such as Loader Cranes, Hook & Skip Loaders, PALFINGER Equipment, and MCC
  • Contribute to reporting activities and support efforts to optimize processes and reduce stock units
  • Support customized orders, inquiries, and changes, including acting as a deputy for the Tuning Center and Hook & Skip topics
  • Handle after-sales topics including service contracts and cross-border sales coordination

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commercial or technical education / experience in Sales of technical investment goods (Product know-how about loader cranes is desirable)
  • Good MS Office and software affinity, SAP knowledge desirable
  • High communication skills and enjoy contact with international partners
  • Ability to put oneself in the position of our customer to understand their needs and distinctive intercultural competencies
  • Fluent English and French – both in writing and speaking, further languages are desirable

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 47.546,94 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
