As Performance Marketing & Paid Social Campaign Specialist, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of global paid marketing campaigns. Your focus will include setting up and maintaining various campaign types, retargeting and conversion tracking, all in the scope of social media and search engine advertising. Working closely with the Team Lead Digital Marketing, regional marketing teams, and external partners, you will help implement campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, set up, and launch global and regional performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, adapting content and targeting for local markets
  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns by monitoring performance, adjusting targeting/bidding/creatives, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with agencies for creative improvements
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs, engagement, conversions, and lead quality, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and future campaign performance
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign results, supporting the team’s shift toward data-driven marketing practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns align with business objectives, sharing best practices across the organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field, with up to 2 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Basic knowledge of search engine marketing and paid social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta), with B2B or industrial machinery market experience as an advantage
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media dashboards) and a strong interest in performance-driven marketing
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in an international, cross-functional environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
