Your tasks

• Comprehensive support for institutional investors and collaboration in the acquisition of new investors
• Collaboration in the development of needs-based investment structures and investment vehicles
• Continuous market observation
• Creation and updating of product presentations and marketing documents
• Collaboration in the further development of the general sales strategy and the range of services and products

What we expect from you

• Degree in economics, ideally with a focus on capital markets or comparable training
• Several years of sales-oriented experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the acquisition of institutional investors
• Sound product knowledge in the real estate AIF segment
• Strong acquisition and closing skills
• Knowledge of the legal, regulatory and tax framework for institutional clients
• Fluency in English is desirable
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
