These services provide access to multiple networks of Charge Point Operators (CPO) and enable drivers of electric vehicles to find, use and pay for public charging in an easy and seamless way. Since the beginning of 2019, Digital Charging Solutions GmbH has been part of the mobility joint venture between the BMW Group and Daimler AG. CHARGE NOW is a service of DCS and part of this joint venture, which aims to strengthen sustainable mobility together with FREE NOW.

Make an Impact by :
Owning the accounts receivable process for all incoming payments and business lines
Managing an d improve Autobank and allocation rules
Independently review and clarify customer accounts including credit notes / repayments
Control and monitor incoming payments and payment allocation
Monthly reconciliation of subledger/ledger
Support month-end close process and o wn refund s and write-offs
Cooperate with Customer Service and Sales / Key Account Management Department and communicate with customers in clarification cases
Closely cooperate with other finance departments
Various special tasks as required ( e.g. integration of new companies in SAP, process optimization, etc. )
Your Profile:
Successfully completed commercial training ideally in an international company or Bachelor in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting
Professional experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivables and / or collections
Solid HGB knowledge; IFRS is a plus
High social competence
Negotiation and decision-making competence, strong communication skills
Conflict and stress tolerance especially in cooperation with customers
Solid SAP knowledge and confident use of MS Office, Jira and Confluence
You are fluent in English any additional language would be advantageous
