In your role as
Accountant (m/f/x)
, you will be part of our Accounting Team, handling all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping while gaining insights into a diverse range of tasks within the real estate sector.
Your mission
- Financial accounting for the entire group of companies (partnerships and corporations).
- Processing of payment transactions and management of bank accounts.
- Preparatory work for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconciliation of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Collaboration with other departments to clarify accounting queries.
- Liaising with national and international tax firms.
- Insights into international accounting standards.
- Intercompany reconciliations and cost center accounting.
- Conceptual design and optimization of accounting processes.
Your profile
- At least 3–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Successfully completed vocational training as an Accountant, Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellte/r), or a similar qualification. Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Management Accountant) are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of DATEV or Odoo.
- Professional experience in the real estate industry is ideal.
- Meticulous and structured way of working.
- Strong organizational talent with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
