Accounts Receivable Accountant

To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d).

We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper / accountant and certified accountant.

YOUR JOB

• You invoice accounts receivable.

• You book and process incoming payments and chargebacks.

• You are responsible for carrying out account reconciliations and surgical care.

• You will handle disputes concerning payments made via credit card, PayPal, and other online payment services.

• The dunning process is part of your responsibilities.

• You will work with external service providers in receivables management (debt collection) as well as internal teams such as sales and reservations.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed commercial training.

• You have initial professional experience in the field of accounts receivable.

• You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications.

• You demonstrate an independent, structured and committed work ethic as well as teamwork skills.

• Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
