YOUR MISSION

• Lead change management and adoption initiatives for digital products and services across manufacturing environments

• Define and execute adoption and communication strategies targeting key stakeholders and plant teams

• Support product teams during release cycles, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and solutions

• Design and deliver communication plans, workshops, and training sessions to drive engagement and understanding

• Build and mature communication channels to ensure alignment across all organizational levels

• Act as a bridge between IT, HR, and operations, ensuring readiness for process and system changes

• Drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness in complex industrial environments

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven track record in change management and digital adoption, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments

• Strong experience in communication-driven transformation initiatives

• Solid understanding of IT systems and digitalization impacts on operations

• Ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders across different levels

• Structured, hands-on approach with strong execution capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• German is a plus
