We’re looking for an innovative and passionate AI Data Apps Lead to join our Data Engineering team and take ownership of our growing suite of AI‑powered data applications.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI-assisted development ("vibe coding”) as we continue expanding our portfolio of AI-built apps. You’ll shape the technical architecture, manage cloud deployment, lead projects and help bring non-AI-native teams up to speed on modern AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and design the technical architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of our AI-built data applications
- Use AI-assisted development ("vibe coding”) to accelerate prototyping and delivery, champion AI-assisted development methodologies across the team
- Architect and manage cloud-based data infrastructure (Azure, Databricks, etc.)
- Oversee code management practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies
- Ensure data platform scalability, reliability, and security
- Guide and upskill internal teams that are not yet familiar with AI tools
Your Profile
- 7+ years in data engineering, data platforms, or application development
- Experience with vibe coding and AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.), knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and rapid AI prototyping
- Strong React development experience
- Familiarity with backend development and API integrations
- Experience being in a technical leadership or mentorship role
- Hands-on experience delivering applications from concept to production
- Portfolio of AI-built or AI-enhanced projects (including personal pet projects)
