Position: AI Product Launch Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Fully Remote in GB & Europe

About the Role:

Proclinical is looking for a creative, analytical and scientifically-minded professional who can translate complex biotechnological topics into compelling, customer-facing content.

In this role you will be central to marketing and launching innovative AI-driven software solutions in the life sciences space. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, product management and sales to position my clients solutions in the market, increase awareness and drive customer engagement.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in Great Britain or across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Launch & Marketing:

• Develop and execute launch materials for scientific software solutions: presentations, marketing collateral, website content, brochures and videos.
• Build a compelling scientific narrative around technology and value proposition.
• Ensure consistency and scientific accuracy across all communications.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership:

• Create technical presentations, whitepapers, blog posts and application notes that resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with domain experts to publish high-quality content that positions the organization as a thought leader.

Market & Community Analysis:

• Analyze customer segments, market trends and competitor positioning to sharpen messaging and identify opportunities.
• Identify relevant conferences, journals and digital communities to maximize visibility.

Sales Enablement & Training:

• Support sales teams with scientifically accurate materials and demo preparation.
• Conduct internal and external training on product positioning, scientific foundations and market fit.

KOL Engagement & Scientific Community:

• Build and maintain relationships with leading scientists and industry KOLs.
• Support scientific collaborations for validation and publication of data.

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Systems Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related life sciences field.
• 5+ years of experience in scientific marketing or product marketing
• Proven track record in launching scientific or software products, ideally with AI applications.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to mixed audiences.
• Experience creating whitepapers, publications, presentations and marketing content.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, marketing platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
