We seek a Business Development Professional who is driven to expand enclaive’s presence in the cloud security space of the German Healthcare and Government sectors AND one for Financial Services. Ideally you will be based in Berlin or Frankfurt

Aufgaben

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven, Business Development Professional to strengthen our team. As part of enclaive, you’ll be engaging with cutting-edge security technologies. You will work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Development to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting customer success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and Target the key stakeholders and potential clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth areas.
  • Adress potential clients and partners in close collaboration with the sales team
  • Lead in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients building a strong presence and visibility in the sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with product offerings.
  • Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifikation

What You’ll Add To enclaive:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in tech with a focus on the industry sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Market Research & Analysis Skills
  • Proficient in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or better)
  • Experience with CRM tools and an understanding of related processes
  • An interest in cloud security and emerging technologies.
  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
