Kleinanzeigen is looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support strong market growth as part of a parental leave cover. In this role, you help ensure smooth operations, effective decision-making, and strong collaboration across the Real Estate business. You contribute directly to our ambition of becoming Germany’s most popular platform for private and professional real estate.

This position is planned for a timeframe of approximately 1 year, extension of contract can be an option.
This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report directly to the Real Estate Management team at Kleinanzeigen.

What You’ll Do

• Provide executive support by preparing operational reviews, tracking business performance, and coordinating executive-level deliverables, including board-related topics.

• Track, maintain, and analyze KPIs, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.

• Coordinate workflows, resources, and operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a key liaison between departments, enabling smooth communication, alignment, and execution across a matrix organization.

• Manage operational and administrative topics such as vendor coordination, procurement, meeting rhythms, and internal rituals to ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Support projects and events across the Real Estate business unit, including timelines, follow-ups, and cross-team collaboration.

Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and bring 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or similar roles.

• You take ownership, work proactively, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, even in ambiguous situations.

• You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• You communicate clearly and confidently, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and are able to influence without direct authority.

• You are curious about using digital tools and AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, or reporting in your day-to-day work.

• You are fluent in English; German language skills and knowledge of the real estate market are a plus.
