We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, German-speaking operator to own and scale our auditing and claims operations. The role sits at the intersection of carrier operations, automation, and product, with direct impact on customer value and revenue recovery.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

You work closely with our CEO, CTO, and Head of Operations, as well as with product and engineering, to build, improve, and automate Senvo’s auditing and claims workflows.

You own the end to end rollout of audit and claims workflows, from understanding existing processes to hands on execution

• You turn operational insights into structured workflows that improve claim success rates, speed, and reliability
• You collaborate closely with product and engineering to design, test, and scale automation across auditing and claiming
• You work directly with customers to understand their data, operational constraints, and edge cases, and translate those learnings into successful claims and refunds
• You maintain and update process documentation and SOPs to improve transparency and support continuous improvement

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, consulting, partnerships, or another fast paced environment
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills with confidence working across internal teams and external partners
• Solid business understanding and enjoyment in building relationships internally and externally
• A detail oriented and structured way of working, combined with a hands on and entrepreneurial approach
• Enjoyment in building structure from scratch and bringing clarity to complex processes
