We are looking for a dedicated and talented Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team at BRLO BRWHOUSE and contribute to the quality of our dishes with passion and precision.

Tasks

• Preparation of ingredients and mise en place for the preparation of dishes
• Preparation and presentation of dishes according to recipe specifications
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Monitoring stocks and reporting requirements to the head chef
• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, work surfaces and the kitchen area
• Supporting the development of new menus and creations
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly
• Flexibility in taking on additional tasks and working hours as required

Requirements

• Completed training as a chef or comparable experience in the catering industry
• Enthusiasm for the culinary world and a strong interest in cooking
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
• A high level of creativity and the ability to contribute new ideas
• Team spirit and the ability to work effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• An eye for detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
• A high level of cleanliness and hygiene awareness
