Aufgaben

  • Strategic : Shape the company strategy, set priorities along the critical path, and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable decisions.
  • Decision Architecture: Draft concise decision memos (options, implications, recommendations), record outcomes, and ensure accountability for execution.
  • Board & Investor Materials: Own quarterly reporting end-to-end (KPIs, cash/runway, progress, risks) and track follow-ups through to the next board.
  • Financial Logic: Partner with Finance on models, forecasts, and unit economics; translate numbers into sharp management decisions and compelling slides.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a live view on market, competition, and regulation; distill insights into actionable options for product, operations, and growth.
  • Founder Multiplier: Anticipate needs, prepare narratives, decks, and memos, and mirror the founders’ tone and style to accelerate decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Drive mission-critical initiatives to results without direct authority; remove blockers while keeping speed and quality high.
  • Clarity & Communication: Elevate internal comms and all-hands to a precise, calm standard; ensure a single source of truth for the org.

Qualifikation

  • Experience: 5+ years in high-performance environments (Top-tier consulting, or fast-scaling startups).
  • Strategy & Execution: Ability to shape long-term vision and drive initiatives from prioritization to execution.
  • Operating System: Proven track record building prioritization, decision-making, and goal-setting frameworks in fast-growth tech.
  • Finance & Data: Strong analytical skills; Excel modeling, forecasts, KPI tracking, cap-table literacy; translating numbers into decisions.
  • Board & Investors: Experienced in preparing board materials, KPIs, action tracking; confident in investor communication.
  • Leadership & Presence: Executive presence, clear communication, strong “managing up” skills; able to align quickly with founders.
  • Hands-on & Mindset: High energy, ownership mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in German (C1) & English (C1+).
  • Tools: Highly skilled with Office/Google Suite, BI/spreadsheets; plus Notion/Confluence/CRM.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiar with DACH energy market is a plus
