This is not a typical internship; you will act as the "right hand" to the founders, getting a front-row seat to how a high-growth company is managed, funded, and scaled.

Tasks

The Role
As a Chief of Staff Intern, your mission is to multiply the leadership's impact. You will handle everything from strategic projects and investor relations to internal operations and high-level communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives that don't yet have a natural home in the organization.
• Executive Support: Prepare briefings, presentations, and data analyses for board meetings and investor pitches.
• Operations: Streamline internal communication and help manage the company’s operating rhythm (OKRs, all-hands, leadership offsites).
• Problem Solving: Act as a "firefighter" to tackle urgent business challenges across different departments.

• Academic Background: Current student or recent graduate from a top-tier target university (Bachelor/Master) in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internships in Tier-1/2 consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup environment.
• Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English and German; strong analytical mindset and "get-it-done" attitude.
• Mindset: You are highly discreet, reliable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
