Job Description

• You are a reliable contact person both for existing customers and for those interested in our services in France and Italy.
• You answer inquiries from our customers by email and chat.
• You work closely with other departments to find quick solutions for more complex questions.
• You are responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention.
• You continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training as well as through self-interest.
• You use the feedback of our customers and identify potential for improvement of our product as well as internal processes.
• You will work closely with Product, Capital Markets, and Operations.

Qualifications

• You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• You are experienced in supporting customers via phone, E-mail, chat, and/or in person.
• You have a genuine passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience, including comprehensive issue resolution.
• You can work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
• You are a reliable and collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics; or a professional background in banking is preferred but not required.
• You are fluent in French, Italian, and English (both written and spoken).
