As a growing PropTech company focused on trust, transparency, and experience, we are looking for a
Communication Manager (m/f/d)
- from Junior to Manager level - who can strategically and operationally bridge PR, social media, and event communication. You will serve as a central link between MYNE, the media, our partners, and the community. Your focus will be on proactive PR work, building and maintaining media relations, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.
Your mission
PR & Media Relations
- Active and proactive media outreach across relevant business, real estate, lifestyle, and travel outlets.
- Building, maintaining, and expanding media contacts.
- Ongoing correspondence with journalists and editorial teams.
- Drafting, coordinating, and placing press releases, statements, and guest articles.
- Supporting interviews, media inquiries, and background briefings.
- Monitoring, documenting, and analyzing media coverage (clippings).
Social Media
- Planning, creating, and publishing content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Assisting with editorial calendars, campaigns, and thematic planning.
- Repurposing PR, event, and corporate content for social media.
- Ensuring a high-quality, consistent brand presence.
- Assisting with the planning, preparation, and follow-up of events.
- Communication support for events (invitations, social content, PR integration).
- Close coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Content & Design
- Creating presentations and social assets using Canva.
- Assisting in the visual preparation of content for various target audiences.
Your profile
- Initial to several years of experience in PR, communications, media relations, or social media.
- A passion for active media work and direct communication with journalists.
- Excellent flair for language and strong copywriting skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- A structured, independent, and reliable way of working.
- Interest in topics such as real estate, lifestyle, travel, or investment.
- Excellent German and good English (written and spoken).
- Team player mentality with a desire to take on responsibility.
