Our Client
is a market-leading group of companies with over 50 years of experience in the construction of modular buildings. Across Europe, more than 1,200 employees work on the construction of kindergartens, schools, hospitals, office and residential buildings using innovative and sustainable construction methods. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for modular construction in Berlin.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for construction projects in the areas of multi-story residential construction and turnkey construction, from preparation to handover to the customer
- Working closely with project management, you will ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements
- You will monitor project progress and targets in terms of costs, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Finally, you will take on the management of subcontractors and other project issues in day-to-day business
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician (m/f/d); alternatively, an equivalent technical qualification
- Professional experience in turnkey construction and knowledge of contractual and construction law procedures
- Confident use of MS Office programs and a good understanding of organizational and technical issues
- Communication and assertiveness skills as well as the ability to work independently
