We are currently looking for a a Corporate Lawyer on a B2B contract in Berlin.

Tasks

What you will be doing:

• Participating in the development and implementation of measures aimed at strengthening financial, contractual, and labor discipline, ensuring the preservation of the company's property;
• Study, analysis, and generalization of the results of consideration of claims, arbitration and court cases, and the practice of concluding and executing commercial contracts;
• Preparation of documents on bringing employees to material and disciplinary responsibility;
• Participation in the preparation of substantiated responses when rejecting claims;
• Participation in the conclusion of commercial contracts, conducting their legal examination, developing the terms of collective agreements and industry tariff agreements, considering issues related to accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Monitoring the timely submission of calculations, references, explanations, and other materials for preparing responses to claims;
• Providing methodological guidance on legal work at the enterprise and providing legal assistance to its structural divisions and public organizations in the preparation of legal documents;
• Participation in the preparation of conclusions on legal issues arising in the activities of the enterprise, draft regulatory acts submitted for review, and the development of proposals aimed at improving the activities of the enterprise;
• Responses to incoming correspondence, requests from authorities and law enforcement agencies, etc.;
• Advising employees of the enterprise on organizational, legal, and other legal issues.

Requirements

You are our candidate if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in legal consulting;
• Knowledge of regulatory and methodological materials governing the production and economic activities of the enterprise;
• Knowledge of civil, business, commercial, administrative, labor, financial, and tax legislation;
• Knowledge of arbitration procedural law, civil procedural law, and the basics of criminal procedural law;
• Knowledge of standards for handling legal documents;
• Knowledge of the procedure for systematizing, accounting for, and maintaining legal documentation using modern information technologies;
• Knowledge of the basics of labor law;
• Languages spoken: Ukrainian B2-C1, German B2, English B1-B2.
