For our costumer, we are looking for a Kubernetes /IaaS Product Manager (m/f/d) - Berlin/FFM.

Tasks include:

- Define and communicate the strategic vision, goals, and roadmap for Kubernetes/IaaS capabilities

- Coordination with product teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality Kubernetes/IaaS features and drive

continuous improvement

- Maximize adoption and effective use of Kubernetes/IaaS capabilities among product teams

Profile Requirements

The contractor must be at a middle level of professionality in Kubernetes /IaaS product management related fields.

Must-haves:

- A minimum of 3 years of product management or product ownership experience in an IT Infrastructure-near or

distributed system environment like kubernetes.

- experience with at least one public cloud platform (Kubernetes, Networking, Cloud Storage and Monitoring).

- Experience in managing or developing IaaS (e.g. VPN, DNS).

- Experience in gathering and prioritizing requirements, conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders

- Experience in creating a clear product vision and strategy and associated product management artifacts (Roadmap,

Product Specifications, Feature Backlogs, Product Descriptions etc.) in the voice of users/customers which are

aligned to that strategy.

- Experience in implementing communication strategies and in conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

- Experience in coordination within cross-functional international projects.

- Experience in analytical and problem-solving in a fast passed environment, including in taking decisions informed by

the position of many stakeholders.

Must-have language skills:

- Proficiency in both speech and writing in English (at least C1).

Nice to haves:

- Relevant certifications in product management or cloud technologies are a plus.

- Experience with test-, behavior-, observability-driven development.

- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, SAFE, JIRA, confluence).
