Hi, I'm looking for a Creative Director for my creator management brand.

Here's what I need:

Role: Creative Director (Content & AI Video)

Full-time, remote, long-term

Main tasks:

Reels editing, AI video creation (Kling/Runway), carousel post design, writing video instructions for the team, daily content tracking and status reporting via Telegram.

Hard requirements:

Fluent English, fast internet, capable editing PC, headset, camera, and a dedicated iPhone for work only.

Important: No prior experience in this exact field required — we train everything from scratch. The most important thing is that the candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and coachable.
