Join our Medical Data Strategy team at Helios Kliniken GmbH at the earliest possible date as a

full-time with office in Berlin or nationwide.

• Overall strategic and technical responsibility for the development of a Clinical Data Repository (CDR) as a central data hub for research, care and quality assurance
• Conception, evaluation and selection of a solution taking into account current standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR, IHE, OMOP)
• Analysis of available solutions on the market (open source, commercial products, in-house development) including economic and feasibility assessment
• Design and realization of a target image for a future-proof interoperability platform, scalable and data protection-compliant platform architecture
• Design and implementation of real-time data processing processes to support clinical and administrative use cases
• Coordination of all project phases - from requirements gathering, architecture design and selection processes to implementation and establishment in routine operations
• Close collaboration with IT, clinical controlling, data protection, medical departments and national and international technology partners

• Several years of experience in the design and implementation of complex data platforms, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of interoperability standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR, IHE, openEHR), clinical information systems and medical data formats
• Familiarity with real-time architectures (e.g. Apache Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink) and the structured harmonization of heterogeneous data sources
• Strong ability to make strategic technology choices and derive sustainable architecture decisions
• Experience in comprehensive project management (classic, hybrid or agile) with many stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams
• Analytical thinking, diplomatic skills, convincing communication
