To support our growth and technical evolution, we are seeking a Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our team, help drive automation and best practices, and ensure our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and future-ready.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across both dedicated servers and cloud (Hetzner Cloud) environments.
• Lead the evolution and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and automated software delivery.
• Champion modern DevOps practices such as automation, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability.
• Support both Windows and Linux setups, and help us drive the transition towards a Linux-centric infrastructure.
• Collaborate with system administrators and development teams to enable seamless, automated deployments and efficient incident response.
• Extend and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Zabbix, Sentry) to provide visibility and reliability for critical services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on DevOps tools and practices to colleagues across teams.

• 4+ years experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration, networking fundamentals, and automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
• Proven experience operating Kubernetes clusters in production, ideally across hybrid dedicated/cloud setups.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, or similar) and modern software delivery automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Zabbix, Sentry, or similar).
• Experience managing both Windows and Linux servers, with a focus on transitioning to and optimizing Linux-based infrastructure.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar), and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Solid understanding of security best practices in networking, systems, and cloud environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Hetzner or comparable cloud providers.
• Familiarity with pfSense, VLANs, and complex network architectures.
• Experience with database administration (SQL Server, Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar).
• Knowledge of GitOps, service mesh, or advanced container orchestration concepts.
• German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
