As a Senior Digital Design Engineer, you will develop new, innovative products for the international automotive industry.

Type of Contract: Permanent position at our client; no staff leasing

• As a Digital Design Engineer, you will develop new, innovative products for the international automotive industry.
• You will be actively involved in the development of chip architecture and the definition of hardware-software interfaces.
• You will develop digital circuit components using common description languages such as VHDL or Verilog.
• You will validate the designs and document the results in a structured manner.
• You will carry out simulations at block and system level to check functionality.
• You will create software for microcontrollers that supports digital functions.
• You will participate in error analysis and contribute to the optimization of development processes.

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer engineering or physics or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in microelectronics development, ideally in the semiconductor industry / IC design
• Experience in the automotive industry or its suppliers is desirable
• Sound knowledge of integrated digital circuit technology and CAD tools
• Experience in modeling technical systems (e.g. VHDL and SystemVerilog)
• Knowledge of micro-controllers (e.g. ARM) and their programming
• Very good knowledge of English
